To those of you who received the blanket e-mail about Distemper, it's true. The losses were unfortunate yet minimal, they will be greatly missed, not only by myself but by all their friends and family that are still here. Everyone else is doing fine and on the road to recovery.

Welcome to my world!
My name is Chris. I am 38 years old. I am not a Veterinarian, just one person with years of experience, doing his part to provide a home for unfortunate critters.
I have been rescueing animals for most of my life.
The animals on these pages are all part of my family.
Each animal has a name and they know it.
Each animal has at least one name they will respond to quickly.
Each one has his/her own personality.
Believe it or not, I have spent so much time with these little guys that I can recognize most of them in the dark by sound, smell or touch.
There are about 25 that I can recognize in the dark at a distance by the way they carry themselves and body posture.
Most of these little guys would have been killed or put to sleep if I had not come across them.
Most of them were bottle fed by myself.
Almost all of the cats have at least one family member living here.
I aquired most of them as little families.
Each one is my favorite in their own way, and each one has a special place in my heart.

On 2/09/03 I found and leased property to move the animals to. Construction started 2/15/03 and has continued up to date. The animals were moved in starting 4/1/03 and were all here as of 4/18/03.
Thank you to everyone who helped and supported this move.
